We're seeking a driven and strategic Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale business across Australia.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact, growing our partnerships with major retailers and solidifying GODIVA's place as the premier choice for luxury chocolate.
About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about the FMCG and luxury food sectors.
You will play a crucial role in driving our Wholesale businesses forward, focusing on both building new relationships and nurturing existing ones with key players like Woolworths, Costco, and David Jones.
This role is an exciting opportunity for those who are hands-on and looking for the next step in their career.
The team embraces a hybrid working style involving 3 days of in-office work (Melb CBD) and 2 days of working from home.
Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and grow relationships with key wholesale accounts.Develop and implement strategic plans for product promotions and market growth.Drive sales volume through innovative market strategies.Collaborate on product development, seasonal offerings, and promotional campaigns.Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and P&L for wholesale operations.Execute successful product launches and lead the annual wholesale marketing calendar.Conduct quarterly reviews with key customers and negotiate contracts and pricing.What We're Looking For: Sales Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, in FMCG or luxury food sectors.Relationship Builder: Proven success in working with retailers like Woolworths, Costco, or David Jones.Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to grow new and existing business.Analytical and Organised: Strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and account management.Passion for Premium Products: A natural enthusiasm for quality, luxury, and craftsmanship.Your Impact: At GODIVA, you'll contribute to a legacy of excellence while forging new opportunities for growth.
