Key to this role is the assisting of all wholesaler and customer service activities with a focus on customer centricity and relationship building.Role & Responsibilities:Coordinating with the logistics team on wholesaler orders and delivery targets.Driving inventory control, improve accuracy, reduce damages and stock write-off.Actively monitor inventory across the 3PL and Wholesaler network, ensuring levels are optimised.Serve as the key representative at the monthly Supply Chain review meeting with Wholesalers.Provide end to end customer service support.Build and strengthen business relationships.Skills & Experience:Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or a related discipline.2+ years experience in a Supply Chain or telephone-based customer service position preferred but not essential.Strong knowledge in a supply chain role or customer service role. Ideally skills are gained within manufacturing, pharmaceutical or FMCG company.Experience with SAP / BC or similar inventory or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.Demonstrated experience to effectively plan and prioritise both regular tasks and project work keeping track of progress and managing effective bring forward systems.Experience managing deadlines in a changing environment and strong organisational skills.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
