As a result, we are looking for an experienced White Collar Recruitment Lead to join our leadership group.Leading this business-critical function, key to the role will be the tactical delivery of all white-collar recruitment activity for our corporate, projects and shutdown/maintenance teams.
Overseeing a small team, you will lead a range of workforce planning/modelling activities to proactively understand future requirements and build and deliver on operational plans to ensure our business can continue to recruit the right people at the right time.Reporting to our General Manager of Operational Services, key areas of focus for this role include: Delivery by you and your team on a broad range of white-collar recruitment activitiesLead, coach and empower your team to deliver outcomes whilst modelling the values and behaviours of an experienced leaderAct as a connecter of people within the business as someone who can build trust, leverage relationships and provide certainty on the delivery of recruitment outcomesProvide, promote and use key recruitment metrics to help shape strategic business decisions, create discussion and support a range of decision making processes as relates to both attraction and retention of key people and rolesAssist with and plan business-wide attraction campaigns (including expos, assessment centres and targeted online branding awareness activities)Support broader workforce planning activities to understand internal and external factors impacting recruitmentOngoing development of the businesses recruitment processes and systems that continue to provide the flexibility and performance of an agile and growing businessYOUR BACKGROUNDPrevious experience in a white-collar recruitment lead role ideally with experience working within the construction and/or resource sector.Strong understanding of recruitment systems (Jobadder, Page Up, SuccessFactors etc)Proven leadership capability with the ability to empower and drive outcomesAbility to interpret and leverage recruitment metrics including communicating these to various levels within the organisationWHY WARRIKAL?At Warrikal our values underpin our combined strength which comes from our diverse team of people who promote respect, integrity, and accountability in everything we do.
