YOUR ROLE We're open to expressions of interest for upcoming WFI Client Service Consultants opportunities across our various locations – Bendigo, Toowoomba, Bunbury, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne. Working full time from our WFI office, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after the 6-month probation period subject to business requirements.
ABOUT YOU Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary) Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary) ABOUT US Since 1919, WFI have been one of Australia's leading rural, business and strata insurers.
