Permanent | Full time Role Opportunity for career development & GrowthAttractive Salary of $65,000 + Super + Commission Exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Consultant in Mackay Your new companyYou will be joining a trusted Australian pest control company that has been providing a comprehensive range of integrated treatment solutions for residential and commercial premises for over 105 years.Your new roleIn this role you will find yourself carrying out duties including, but not limited, to;Provide clients with in depth knowledge of products and services available to themContacting existing clients to upgrade/schedule their servicesEnsure all records of clients are up-to-date in the systemsFollow up on any enquiries regarding potential clientsSchedule work for customers with the technicianConduct all outbound and inbound callsWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will require the following;Excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage client's records / data entryStrong verbal and written communication skillsA genuine interest in resolving customers' enquiriesPrevious experience working in a high-volume call centre positionAbility to identify customers' needs through effective questioning & active listening skillsWhat you'll get in returnThe successful candidate will be offered an immediate start in their Mackay office working Monday to Friday with the option to work from either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm.
