YOUR ROLE We have an opportunity for a Client Service Consultant to join our community-minded WFI family.
You'll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs. You'll need a customer-first approach, so we can continue to build on our goal of being 'Great people to know'. Based in our Perth office, this is a full-time opportunity - Monday to Friday. During your first 6 months, you'll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. You'll be working from a WFI office during this time to ensure you get the supervised training you need. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after this period, subject to business requirements.

Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary) Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary) ABOUT US Since 1919, WFI has been one of Australia's leading rural, business, and strata insurers.
