Sydney Full-time Permanent Hybrid working model How will I help?
As the Manager Delivery Capability & Experience, your role is supporting in the design and development of strategy for transformation initiatives across Cash & Transactional Banking (CTB).
You will be joining the Lifecycle & Experience Village focused on retention, engagement, and depth of relationship with existing Consumer & Business customers.
Your key focus will be on providing compelling cases to Senior Stakeholders/leaders to understand issues, customer pain points, and provide solutions for delivery within CTB.
Understand digital applications, customer experience, technology, with product knowledge well regarded.
You will have exposure in delivering work streams for larger transformation initiatives/transition developed initiatives to existing GTM or service delivery functions.
This role would be well suited to a motivated individual, with a growth mindset looking for an opportunity to further expand their knowledge within Product, with strong commercial acumen, a background in finance & commerce, computer science, or data analytics.
Key Accountabilities:
Support oversight and management of key suppliers that drive our transformational agenda - ensuring compliance with Group Supplier frameworks and policies.
Analyze and leverage data to identify opportunities to meet business outcomes.
Act as a subject-matter expert on cash and transactional banking products.
Build strong relationships across teams to support the design and delivery of the operational data model.
Collaboratively design and deliver innovative cash and transactional banking digital experiences to meet customers' everyday needs.
Accelerate market delivery through continuous improvement and an agile mindset.

Proficiency in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Be adaptable in nature and able to work in a fast-paced environment, in a high-performing team.
An interest in developing commercial insight and a passion for learning.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt depending on the audience.
