About the Role: Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this on-site position entails the supervision and management of multiple work fronts simultaneously to ensure their smooth, safe, and timely completion. Key responsibilities include overseeing site HSE, quality, ensuring strict adherence to scheduling constraints, and maintaining regular communication with clients daily. The role demands a proactive approach to site management, emphasizing safety, efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
In this Role you Will: Supervise works to ensure they are completed in accordance with the project's contract documentation. Manage the project scope and ensure requests from client site representatives are documented with Site Instructions. Supervise site personnel and always facilitate workplace cohesion. Maintain accurate site diaries and provide them to the Project Manager in a timely manner. Provide site safety leadership in conjunction with the Project Manager. Achieve project targets and objectives. The ideal Candidate will have background & experience in: Min. 5 years relevant experience in Earthworks construction with at least 1-2 years in site supervision. Advanced level knowledge and understanding of the application of workplace health and safety regulations and practices applicable to civil construction. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to consistently deliver professional customer service to all stakeholders.
