Wellbeing Case Manager (Seymour)

Are you passionate about enhancing student engagement and emotional wellbeing within the education sector? Join Junction Support Services as a Wellbeing Case Manager at Seymour Flexible Learning Centre (SFLC).
In this role, you will provide individualized case management and support to students, focusing on their emotional wellbeing and offering crisis response when needed.
You'll work closely with teaching staff and external services to create a supportive and inclusive environment, helping students overcome challenges and build resilience.
