Weighbridge Administrator - Recycling

The Benedict Group of Companies was established in 1966.
Benedict is an Australian family owned and operated company that has grown from a small haulage contractor, to one of the largest producers and resellers of quarried, recycled and landscape products in New South Wales.

Benedict Recycling in Belrose is looking for an experienced Weighbridge Administrator to join the team.

This role is on a full time basis working Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm and would also require availability to work on a Saturday from 6am to 1pm.

Role Responsibilities: Daily intercompany balancing of incoming & outgoing products with other Benedict sites.
Daily timesheets in absence of site manager.
All ordering for the site as directed by the Site Manager.
Preparation & reconciliation of accounts payable.
Maintain Contractor Register.
Maintain & manage the incoming material classification register.
Administration support including daily opening and distribution of mail.
Weigh trucks in & out of site & produce weighbridge dockets for customers.
Weighbridge traffic control.
Maintaining the purchase order register for the site.
Reconciliation of petty cash.
Balancing the fuel usage for the site and ordering fuel.
Conduct all tasks in a safe manner.
Report any hazards and ensure correct PPE is always worn.
Follow all relevant safety policies and procedures.
