Reporting to the MD, the Office Manager / Executive Assistant will be responsible for the managing of the office operations and the MD's inbox.
Responsibilities Organizing travel and arranging food for eventsManaging the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities and ITOrdering office supplies and kitchen essentialsGeneral administrative tasks, Financial responsibilities and Handling HR administration as neededServing as a gatekeeper and efficiently managing the leader's schedule to prioritize goals and objectivesOrganizing complex schedules and preparing for various types of meetings, including executive team, board, C-level, and client meetingsAttending and taking notes for all leader's meetingsAssisting in creating presentation materials when requiredManaging a variety of projects, creating organized timelines and reports to ensure project completion by the deadlineCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders for events and handling issues as they ariseAssisting with special projects or tasks as requiredHandling administrative tasks such as document preparation, leave and expense reports, invoice processing, and payment trackingDrafting and proofreading business correspondence and using effective communication skillsManaging email communications and organizing the MD's inbox for productivityCoordinating all business travel seamlesslyQualificationsThe ideal candidate must be highly enthusiastic and highly motivated person with excellent administrative communication and commercial acumen.
