CasualFriendly, supportive and professional teamGain broader experience within ClinpathInternal and External applications welcome About the Opportunity The Weekend Coordinator coordinates courier and collection bookings and provides rostering and staff support across the weekend. In this role you will coordinate courier drivers to pick up pathology samples and you will coordinate domiciliary staff providing mobile collections to hospitals and residential addresses. In addition you will provide general administrative support to the Pre Analytical team, including assisting to facilitate results and general enquiries.
It is extremely important that the Weekend Coordinator provides the highest quality 'over the phone' customer service at all times for all internal and external client enquiries. This is achieved by prompt, courteous and friendly attendance to telephone calls and or face to face communication.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent organisational skills, strong time management and the ability to lead and manage cross functional teams.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain broader experience and expand career opportunities within Clinpath. Shifts include Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holidays with rostered hours either ******** or ******** . Flexibility to cover leave on other weekends and public holidays will also be required.
