The Opportunity As we continue to transform, and we build towards becoming Australia's most prominent Hospital in the Home service provider, our National Clinical Program Manager will lead a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement and operational excellence, whilst playing an active role to drive business growth.
With a strong focus on reviewing our service delivery model across our public and privately funded Care Coordination programs we are looking for a leader who can drive best in class clinical care whilst optimising the skills and experience of our clinicians to drive financial and operational performance.
Leading a large team of Care Coordinators together you will manage thousands of episodes of care annually and:
Develop sustainable business practices to support substantial volume growth in onboarding of new customers and/or new services.Review existing and contribute to the development of new models of care to meet market expectations of integrated care services, in particular, higher acuity care in the home.Drive deep process improvement and technology adoption of new technologies that will optimise clinician workloads and improve patient monitoring.Support workforce planning and right sizing to optimise workforce productivity and efficiencies.Provide strong leadership to your team leaders - supporting them in the delivery across clinical, program and financial KPIs as well as assisting with managing their team's performance.Our 2030 vision is to be the healthiest workplace in Australia - so we embrace a healthier way of working by providing you with flexibility in how, when and where you conduct your work.
As such, this role has lots of freedom to work from home - however your largest employee group is based in Adelaide, so if you are outside of this location you will need to be comfortable with some travel.
This is a 12-month parental leave fixed term position.
About you With a background in health or managing complex health programs, you are an experienced leader and are both curious and know how to optimise and uplift operational performance.
You are comfortable to support your team to focus on their priorities and you have experience developing initiatives to drive outcomes across clinical, performance and customer experience.
This role suits a leader who can understand customer and provider relationships and communicate effectively to major client/stakeholder groups.
Familiar with managing change within a business you are also comfortable questioning the status quo and are solutions focused.
