About the Role An exceptional opportunity awaits to join our team as a Wedding & Leisure Sales Executive.
In this role, you'll manage and coordinate wedding and leisure bookings, while also driving sales for future reservations.
Key Responsibilities Manage weddings and social events, ensuring the hotel's success in the wedding market.
Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiries to site inspections, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate weddings and leisure events year-round.
Strive to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a high standard of service and product quality for all clients.
Role Requirements Positive attitude, creative flair, and passion for crafting unforgettable wedding experiences.
Strong enthusiasm for the wedding industry and awareness of current trends.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills across various channels (face-to-face, phone, email).

Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility for occasional evenings when needed.
