The Position

As the Web Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the business website and various sales platforms. To be successful in this role, you will have experience and a strong interest in marketing, administration, content creation, and/or sales.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Oversee and update the internal websiteAddress customer inquiries promptlyProcess website orders efficientlyManage and update product listings on the websiteAnalyze performance metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunitiesWork with the marketing team to create engaging content for Facebook and InstagramSupport the development and execution of online marketing strategiesMaintain accurate sales and inventory records using internal systems About You: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, CANVA, Photoshop, Shopify, eBay, and Kogan (training available for those with limited experience)Knowledgeable about payment platforms such as PayPal, eWay, Afterpay, and Zip MoneyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperienced in sales, marketing, high-level administration, content creation, and/or online sellingProven ability to deliver outstanding customer serviceHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsQuick to learn and adapt to new systems and processesAble to work well under pressure and manage time effectively If you are looking for an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, contribute innovative ideas drawing on your creativity, and grow both personally and professionally, then we encourage you to apply for this position.
