What you will do The SAP Sovereign Cloud Services DevOps Manager role manages a team of Operations engineers to provision and maintain SAP Cloud solutions, and builds strategic partnerships with internal decision makers, ensuring business critical & innovative outcomes are successfully achieved.
As a people manager, you are responsible for supporting the success of not only your direct reports, but the success of all employees within the Sovereign Cloud Services Australia Delivery team you are a part of by providing support and guidance to the wider Melbourne based Sovereign Cloud team to assist in driving behaviours and understanding of our Security obligations.
Look for opportunities to coach and recognize your direct reports and provide just-in-time feedback so that employees can reflect on your input immediately.
