We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Administrator / Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this dual role, you will develop and maintain our company's web applications, ensuring our websites operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently across all devices.
This role requires expertise in responsive web development, as well as experience with specialized platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, code, and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages. Work with Drupal and ColdFusion/Lucee to build and manage custom content management and web applications. Use Microsoft SQL Management Studio for database design, management, and normalization, ensuring data integrity and performance. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive websites. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance user experience. Implement and maintain security measures to protect websites from cyber threats, ensuring all data is safeguarded. Maintain and support Wordpress, Sharepoint, and other current content management systems. Deploy and support various web application platforms. Provide customer support for web applications and development requests. Apply security patches and conduct operating system hardening for all web applications and web servers. Attend customer service meetings and peer reviews to ensure reliable implementation of customer web application requests. Optimize websites for speed and efficiency across various devices and browsers. Conduct business workflow and process re-engineering to streamline web-based processes and improve user functionality. Regularly update website content to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date. Provide technical support to users and address inquiries related to website functionality. Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in web development and administration (portfolio preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with Drupal and ColdFusion/Lucee for CMS and custom application development. Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Management Studio for database design and normalization. Knowledge of business workflow and process re-engineering to optimize and streamline operations. Usage and knowledge of Cloud computing solutions from Google GCP, Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure Virtual Computing. OS-X, Windows, and Linux experience for software development. GitHub and Local Integrated Development Environment experience. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Type: Full-time
