Client Advisory: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment objectives and customize strategies accordingly.
Sales Oversight: Manage the sales process from initial contact to successful transaction, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, preparing them for future investments.
Networking: Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
Market Understanding: Analyze current market conditions and property price trends across various Australian cities.
Investment Strategy Development: Create and present customized investment strategies based on clients' financial goals and market dynamics.
Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial modeling, including cash flow forecasts and ROI calculations.
The Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Background in property investment and wealth creation.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to easily create rapport and build strong client relationships.
Motivation: Highly driven with a hunger to sell and achieve financial success.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel around New South Wales to meet clients in person.
