Waterproofer/Labourer/Floor Prep

About the role

Join the WFP Group as a full-time Waterproofer/Labourer/Floor Prep in our Canberra office. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing and waterproofing floors to ensure a durable, watertight finish for our construction projects.
What you'll be doing Preparing floors for waterproofing by cleaning, repairing and levelling surfacesApplying waterproofing membranes and sealants to floors to prevent water leaks and damagePerforming general labouring duties to support the construction teamMaintaining a safe and organised worksiteAdhering to all health, safety and quality standardsWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a waterproofer, labourer or in a similar construction roleAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityGood physical fitness and the ability to stand, kneel and bend for extended periodsA positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to learnRelevant construction industry certifications or licences (desirable)What we offer
