The Role You Were Born For: Indoor Plant Technician In this role, you'll be the guardian of our extensive range of indoor plant contracts, overseeing their well-being and ensuring they thrive in their new indoor homes. No two days will be the same as you bring your horticultural expertise to a variety of settings, ranging from corporate offices, shopping centres and government spaces. An extended induction will be provided to the successful applicant but a Security Clearance level NV1 is a MUST.
TYPICAL DUTIES Indoor plant management - watering, polishing, and upkeep maintenance of a variety of plantsCleaning and polishing of pots and planters.Continuous impeccable customer serviceAttention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.Conduct all WHS requirements as required.Provide daily documentation as required by management and administrative expectations.Familiarisation with contract locations and requirements.DIRECT BENEFITS Above Award ratesPost Probation bonus for maintaining security clearance.Work Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pmWork Vehicle provided Accreditation and qualification opportunitiesQUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS REQUIRED Class C or higher OPEN MANUAL Australian driver's licenseAn AGSVA or AFP clearance NV1 currently /previously heldUnderstanding Safe Work procedures and documentation requirementsDemonstrated time management skillsCompetently operate individually and in teams
