A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with CareChoice, may see you supporting our Participant with:

Shifts include weekday shifts, evening, and weekend shifts.
Penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12 pm.
About YouAs a passionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker, you'll have experience with providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports and building rapport with Participants.
You will need to come with:
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.Certificate IV in DisabilityMinimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirementsValid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicleEmployment with CareChoice is subject to satisfactory background checks which include Professional References, Employee Working with Children Check, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
