Your Role As a Sales Cadet you will report to the Victorian Sales Manager and will support the display sales team in the Melbourne's Metropolitan Region Corridor, you will be responsible for supporting our Internal New Home Sales Professional. Day-to-day responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): Create Opportunities: Work with local and targeted land estates building relationships and providing house and land packages. Contact leads and book appointments. Marketing & Customer Service: Ensure that all display presentation standards are maintained appropriately and that all marketing collateral within display is current; andClerical Information: Maintain and manage leads and customer information. Please note: You will be required to work at displays on weekends. In return, you will enjoy your two days off mid-week.
What we need from you To be considered for this position you will have a hunger for success. While not essential, specific experience gained within the housing market will be very highly regarded.
Importantly, you must possess the right attitude for the role. Ideally you will be a people person who has a high degree of resilience and drive.
