Warranty & Quality Administrator

We need a customer service expert! Someone who excels at building relationships, coordinating tasks, and ensuring positive results for both internal and external customers.
Working across multiple divisions and software systems, you'll soon get to know the team well as you coordinate the service orders raised for warranty jobs for our customers on our underground mining equipment.
You'll have your finger on the pulse and know where each job is at. You're a key player in expediting processes for our customers and their Komatsu reps. Accurate and timely records are key to pulling reports using data from various sources.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesRegister Warranty ClaimsProcess Warranty claims in Komatsu's systemsInterface with key business stakeholders to progress Warranty ClaimsAssist in determination of Root Cause of Warranty Claims by working with Quality TeamReview contract T&C's to determine and adjudicate on applicable T&C'sPrepare and distribute warranty customer reportsGather and develop monthly Quality reporting requirementsProcess and administration of all equipment back charge claimsContinuously improving the Warranty processesUsing SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and other MS applications dailyQualifications/RequirementsBe self-driven and highly motivatedHave exceptional time management skillsBe resourceful, seeking answers in ambiguityEstablish strong relationships across the businessBe agile and customer focussedHave an eye for detail and take pride in your workHave experience in customers service and administrationContribute positively to the team's great cultureAdditional InformationAll applications must be supported by an up-to-date resume and cover letter outlining your experience that relates to the requirements of this role, including the industries you've worked in and the software applications you're competent with.
