About the roleThe Northeast Auto group is looking to welcome a Warranty Administrator to our Burton team.
This role will report directly to the Service Manager and manage the warranty claim for both our Isuzu Service and Kobelco Service team.
Key ResponsibilitiesEntering and closing all recall and warranty claimsUnderstanding multiple manufacturing warranty policies to effectively manage claims and complete ordersCollaborating with service department and workshop controllersHandle and resolve claim corrections and invoicingEfficiently and accurately tracking warranty payments within the departmentReconciling all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting scheduleCompile warranty claim documentation in accordance with manufacturer guidelinesVerifying submission criteria required by manufacturerFollowing up on payment of outstanding claimsAbout YouPrevious experience working in a Warranty Administration, Technician, Parts or Service Advisor role within a dealership environment is preferredUnderstanding of Warranty policies and proceduresAbility to interpret technical information relating to automotive productsKnowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suiteProactive attitude with excellent attention to detailCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceStrong organisational, decision making, and problem-solving skillsAbout UsEstablished in 1995, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation employing 600 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.
