Personal Assistant To The Chairman

A well respected and successful business Owner is currently seeking an experienced and well-presented person to work as their Personal Assistant. This is a permanent full-time position working a 9 day fortnight and will be based at our Dandenong head office.

The primary duties of the Personal Assistant are to attend to, manage and follow through all administration support to the Chairman in a highly effective and organised manner which includes some of the following tasks:
Calendar management including coordinating and confirming scheduled appointmentsTyping & Emailing dutiesOrganising travel arrangementsMinute takingAssisting with Event Management Liaising with several companies as well as the internal Executive Management teamCoordinating management meetings and presentations.Processing correspondenceMailing dutiesFaxing, filing and word processingProvide high level administration support exercising discretion and confidentiality
  To be successful in this role, you must have executive level experience as a Personal Assistant, with the following attributes and skills: 
A minimum of 5 years experience as an AssistantStrong organisational skillsProficient in all areas of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPointWell-presented and attentiveOutstanding communication skills with high attention to detailExcellent typing ability and speed, with emphasis on spelling and grammarExcellent time management skills.
