Warehouse Team Leader - Dispatch

We have a fantastic new opportunity available for an afternoon shift Warehouse Team Leader at our Pemulwuy Branch.
In this role, you would be responsible to ensure that all warehouse operations run smoothly, leading the team on site in a safe, yet efficient manner, and ensuring compliance with Bunzl policies and procedures.
You would also be involved in the accurate picking of orders, on-time despatch of orders and receiving goods.
As a leader in our business, you will also be responsible for the motivation, engagement, performance and retention of your team.
OUR IDEAL PERSON You will want to make a career move to lead a high performing team and contribute to accurately deliver the right products to the right customers on time, every time.
A valid Forklift Licence is essential.
A valid Driver's Licence is also essential.
A Certificate IV qualification in Warehousing Operations or similar is an advantage.
An ability to lead people and organise work.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to direct and work in a team environment.
Good problem-solving skills and an ability to apply common sense in developing and applying effective procedures.
Ideally, you will have a Dangerous Goods Licence.
Order-picking experience is also crucial.
Strong attention-to-detail.
A passion for customer satisfaction and strong interpersonal skills.
A positive, "can do" attitude and exceptional teamwork skills.
