The Opportunity ANC is seeking to appoint a motivated Warehouse Team Lead to provide guidance and direction to our delivery professionals to ensure day-to-day success. This position is located onsite in Townsville, QLD.

This role suits someone who loves to be hands on - working alongside the team to ensure cartons are broken down, labelled, and staged for our Delivery Professionals to deliver. You will have previous experience delivering on small scale projects.

Key Responsibilities Provide guidance to the delivery professionals onsite to ensure safe and productive work practices. Actively participate in all warehouse activities including picking, labelling, and staging deliveries. Ensure all Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and Safety Protocols are upheld by the team. Build and foster a positive culture with the team. Working on the client site, you will be an ambassador for ANC and have the ability to make an impact from the grass roots. Identify pain-points or areas of inefficiency and collaborate with the relevant teams to design, build, and execute process improvement projects. About You A LF Fork lift license (essential). Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to lift heavy objects (using manual handling processes) and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack. Strong and proven ability to lead and direct employees. Solid understanding of safe manual handling practices and WHS Practices. Ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organisation and time-management skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable attitude for our diverse environment.
