This role will get you off the tools and into the office as a trainee site supervisor.
The Role: We are seeking a full time Trainee Site Supervisor providing coverage all over QLD and NSW with flexibility to travel when required.
You will be responsible for managing large loss insurance repairs predominately roof storm damage following a period of training in the Auscoast Academy. This role is suited to someone wanting to get off the tools but still use their qualification on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs. Assess and report on property damage. Managing client relationships, including conflict resolution. Manage time frames, Quality Control and Workplace health safety management. Key Selection Criteria: To be considered for the position, you must demonstrate the following:
Meet the criteria to gain a QBCC site supervisors licence. A keen interest and enthusiasm for high quality roof repairs/replacements. Team player and company focused. Strong safety mindset. High standard of quality. Customer Service, Safety, Technology and Quality are critical to the role. The right applicant will understand the importance of each and excel in all of them.
