: AU02132 : Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time shareOntwitter shareOnlinkedIn shareOnxing WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR About the Team This role will report through to our Warehouse Manager and will lead a tight nit team of warehouse staff.
The Warehouse team forms part of our greater Inventory Planning team which encompasses Material Control, Material Planning, a Logistics Engineer and SAP Master Data Specialists.
About the Role The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible to work collaboratively with the W&L Manager for the safe and efficient management of warehouse operations and team.
The general and generic duties of the Warehouse Team Lead include, but not limited to: Ensure and manage a safe environment and operation for all team members and facility visitors; Establish and monitor compliance of health and safety systems and procedures; Determine daily and weekly workforce forecasts and prioritise and assign tasks accordingly; Oversee stock control and processing of incoming materials to the Warehouse; Supervise the physical and system receipt and dispatch of all materials through the warehouse; Ensure all materials are correctly packaged for movement and storage to ensure serviceability is maintained; Provide initial and continuation SAP training for all team members; Establish and monitor control systems for inbound / outbound goods, and quality and security of goods; Communicate with other departments for things such as delivery times and planning future capacity requirements; Investigate and resolve discrepancies between stock and records; and Agree to and put in place performance agreements for team members.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE What are we looking for?

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations; TLIF0002 - Administer CoR policies and procedures; TLID2004 - Load and unload goods / cargo; Forklift Licence; Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; and Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
