You will also review and lead the implementation of supply chain processes across the KGF Australia network.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement the supply chain functional structure required to deliver the business an integrated process to the KFG network.Design the people capability plan that is required to execute.In collaboration with Business leaders, you will set the business operating rhythm through design and implementation of S&OP governance framework and processes.Develop and implement a freight and logistics strategy to optimise profitability and efficiency in line with business needs.TO BE SUCCESSFULYou will bring with you:10 years+ experience working in broad food concept development and innovation, ideally with exposure to primary/secondary meat processing or other fresh food-related categories.Leadership experience in a high-performance environment.Demonstrated and proven success with commercial and/or operational strategy design and execution.Proven experience with shipping, freight, and export documentation.Presenting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability and agility to engage and build relationships across the organisation, with customers, and external partners.Relevant tertiary qualifications, ideally an agribusiness, marketing, food science, or commerce-related degree.BENEFITSLive and work on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.Access to discounted premium meat.An organisation where cultural diversity is celebrated.Access to discounted health insurance.This is a long-term career opportunity, working for an enterprise business with our Global HQ based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
