About the role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the purpose of this role is to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.
Warehouse supervisor responsibilities include storing materials, quality checking and assuring quality of goods.
The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.
It is an early morning shift role from 4AM - 12PM.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in picking, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.Communicate job expectations and coach employees.Maintain items record, document necessary information.Issuing picking slips and handing out orders.Oversee orders being picked and packed.Induct new staff and support with the recruitment and onboarding process.Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.Communicate and cooperate with managers and co-workers.Operate and maintain the warehouse and equipment.Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.The ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaging.
You will have the ability to multitask, prioritize and work autonomously.
Minimum qualifications include:
