An exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as a Warehouse Supervisor is now available.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will need to be highly organised, be able to work autonomously, be a problem solver and be able to plan for and delegate the workflow each day.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Timely and accurate dispatch of customer ordersReceiving inbound stock, check for damage and discrepancies, and put away in correct locations in a timely mannerOperate machinery for receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goodsPlanning for the workflow each day, and allocating work to team membersSupervising a small team to ensure work is completed to a high standardUndertaking 'spot' and rolling stock takes in accordance with the systems prescribedMaintaining a clean and safe work environment, and actively participate in the OHS committeeEnsuring continuity of supply of materials and consumablesAssisting with warehouse optimisation and warehouse reconfiguration.This role requires:
