We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and communication, and we are currently seeking a skilled Demolition Estimator to join our dynamic team.Position OverviewAs a Demolition Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our projects by preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the successful bidding process.
Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of service and contribute to the overall success of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse Requests for Tender, drawing specifications, and other documentation to prepare precise costings.Utilize MS Suite and estimating software tools to develop and present detailed estimates.Engage with stakeholders to negotiate terms and clarify project requirements.Plan and prioritize workloads to ensure deadlines are consistently met.Conduct site visits to assess project conditions, including travel to remote locations, as necessary.Maintain knowledge of current building and demolition practices to inform estimating processes.Qualifications, Experience and AdvantagesTertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.2-3 years of experience in estimating or a similar role.Proficient in using MS Suite and various estimating software tools.Ability to review and analyse Request for Tender, drawing specifications and other documents to prepare costings.Strong analytical and negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of building and demolition processes.Possess a Construction Awareness Induction Card (White Card).Valid driver's license and own transportation.What we offer: Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Full-time with the potential for a long-term career with ongoing training and support.How to apply: Applicant MUST be living and working in Western Australia.
