Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is highly motivated and well presented to join a dynamic distribution team in Wacol. The ideal candidate will have proven warehouse logistics knowledge, an understanding or 3PL and e-commerce processes, as well as being able to lead a productive and successful team.. The details of the role are as follow:
Permanent, full time role$83,500 per annum plus superMonday to Friday 7.00am-3.30pmForklift License essentialResponsibilities: Solid understanding of supply chain processes and prioritiesExperience in a 3PL warehouse environmentExperience with cycle counts, for casting, cycle planning and shift supervisionExperiencing in supervising teams to achieve shift objectives and meeting order-delivery lead times.Demonstrate an ability to encourage and motivate teamsExperience with WMS is essentialPick Packing and distribution of 3000 productsSuperior communication skillsIntermediate word and excel skillsQualifications and Skills Required: Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing supervisionE-commerce experience highly desirablePrevious Leadership experienceForklift License mandatoryCertificate in logistics, warehouse or leadership desirableIf you believe you meet the bulk of the above criteria or can recommend somebody, please email Hannah Limond at [email protected] for more information
