What does the job look like? Linfox BevChain is looking for a driven and experienced AM Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our cutting-edge 70,000-square-foot warehouse with a capacity of 72,000 pallets.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll manage morning warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity while supervising a dynamic team and maintaining compliance with BevChain's high standards.

You'll bring strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, coupled with proficiency in SAP warehouse systems, Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of WH&S practices.

This permanent afternoon role will be Sunday-Thursday 5:00 am – 1:00 pm.
Key areas:
Lead and manage the morning shift warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.Oversee key processes including receipts, put-away, picking, wrapping, load creation, replenishment, and dispatch.Oversee and implement efficient rostering to maximize productivity and meet customer service benchmarks.Monitor stock counts, audits, and inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and workflows.Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards.Are you the one? This is a pivotal role requiring a manager with experience within the transport industry.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience providing leadership and effective commercial and operational decision-making.
You can demonstrate:
