We have an opportunity for a storeman to join our warehouse team in our Hallam distribution centre, Melbourne.
About the job:
Reporting to the State Operations Manager and the Warehouse Supervisor the general duties include:
General warehouse duties, maintenance, housekeepingFork lift ticket is highly regardedRe-stocking shelves - allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areasPick and pack orders: Picking and packing of boxes and products using  digital management systemStacking and wrapping pallets/SkidsReceive and dispatching of goodsInventory stock control – periodic stock-checks, manual counting, and entry in computer.Transport – con notes, handwriting, computer typing entriesLifting and movement of goods. Light, Medium and some heavy lifting.WHS – conduct safety practices and policies: Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and/or regulationIf this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.
