This role is based in Sydney, Riverstone. Ensure Delivery in Full and On Time (DIFOT) within 48 hours of payment, consistently meeting this critical service standard across all branches. Take charge of our warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards every day. Optimise processes, implement innovative solutions and contribute to our goal of creating a safer, faster and smarter work environment. TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL NEED TO; Be a strong leader with exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.Manage inventory to ensure seamless operations.Ensure that all equipment is stored neatly and labelled for easy identification and access.Provide an exceptional customer service experience.Oversee safety protocols, quality control, and workflow optimisation.Be able to deliver projects on time while managing competing priorities and maintaining high standardsTo work autonomously and within a team where required and towards deadlines.Have excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.IDEAL CAPABILITIES Minimum of 5-10 years of experience.Diploma in LogisticsFMCG/Warehouse industry experience.Communicating in ways that help individuals understand and retain information.Demonstrate our Business Values.
