Warehouse Officer

At Styleprint we have been leading the way in print and end-to-end retail campaign management for over 40 years and 3PL and warehousing comes part and parcel of what we do. 
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to become part of our operations team in this newly created role as we continue our growth trajectory. 
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in assisting and overseeing all tasks relevant to warehouse operations such as Pick and Pack, Inbound and Outbound operations, storage, and inventory management. 
Key responsibilities for this role will include;
Assisting the Warehouse Manager in daily planningUnderstanding all facets of warehouse functions, including Inwards and DespatchAssisting with pick and pack to fulfil customer ordersAssisting with inventory management and stocktake processLiaising with external logistics providers as requiredHigh level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholdersTraining team members on processes and systems as requiredMaintaining a clean, safe and organised environment, promoting a 5S culture Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and competencies
5 years minimum experience within a warehouse environmentExperienced in inward and outbound operationsStrong attention to detail with a customer focused attitudeTeamwork mindsetExcellent communication skillsComputer competenciesStrong numeracy and literacy skillsStrong work ethic and ability to think on your feetForklift Licensed & Reach Truck experience preferred If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
