Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced warehouse manager to oversee warehouse operations at our client's site in Truganina . This role is perfect for a proactive leader who can manage a small team of five, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient inventory management and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 5 warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Lead by example and be a hands-on manager working on the floor with your team. Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.Assist with bulk picking of items for dismantling as well as accurately packing orders using pick slips.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment.Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.Liaise with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and address any issues.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role.A current Forklift Licence (LF).Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team effectively.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.Benefits: Competitive salary packageOpportunities for professional development and career growthSupportive team environmentWe would love to hear from you if you're a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager.
