A terrific opportunity has become available to join our team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a full-time role who can grow with our business. You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations and have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvements of our supply chain. 
Let's talk about what you will be doing Promote and enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and cultivate a safety-conscious culture.Efficiently plan resources to maximise warehouse operations.Prioritise daily tasks, including order picking, packing, goods receiving, dispatch, forklift operations, inventory management, and container handling.Ensure all warehouse reporting is managed inline with local and global requirements. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Support and mentor team members to maintain high performance.Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.Adhere to company policies, safe work practices, and chain of responsibility directives.Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of warehouse equipment.Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.What will you bring Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse management.Strong attention to detail.Experience of working with global inbound logistics.Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF Scanners, and Voice technology Microsoft Dynamics and SAP experience is desirable.Ability to implement and maintain operational processes, procedures, and OH&S statutory regulations.Demonstrated resilience and empathy in a fast-paced environment.Proven problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges promptly.Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Forklift licence.What we offer Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional development both locally and globally with access to the Franke Training Academy.Supportive leadership structure.Strong company culture that is dynamic and collaborative.Employee Health, Wellbeing and Assistance Programs.Join our team and be part of a company that not only offers innovative solutions but also fosters a supportive and enriching work environment.
