Their headquarters are located in Perth, and this role is based in one of their major regional hubs in the Great Southern region.DescriptionReporting directly to the Business Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse, ensuring stock accuracy, high service levels and a safe and efficient workplace.Manage and develop a high-performing warehouse and logistics team of between 18-20 staff.Maintain existing operational policies and procedures, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency.Ensure accuracy of stock and adhere to the inventory management process including accurate receipting, storage, picking and distribution of stock.Manage Stock Rotation and organise cycle stock counts.Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and queries are resolved in a timely manner.Foster a safe, efficient work environment by prioritising HACCP standards and promoting safe work practices.Taking a hands-on approach to safety and maintenance for the site.Managing fleet of forklifts, trucks and other delivery vehicles, assisting if needed.ProfileThe Warehouse and Logistics Operations Supervisor is required to be a highly motivated, hands-on individual, with a high attention to detail, professionalism and integrity.
