Warehouse Inventory Controller

Warehouse Inventory Controller Permanent position Immediate start available Day shift hours (flexibility from 7am) Dandenong South location   The Company:   Warehouse Inventory Controller required to join our client who are a global manufacturer in the FMCG industry, based in Dandenong South.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for inventory management systems and  continuous improvement tasks to reduce business costs, all whilst maintaining quality standards.

The position requirements include but are not limited to: Assisting the Warehouse Manager with staff coordination and workload delegation Warehouse inventory and systems management Capital project works and leading continuous improvement tasks minimising costs Strictly following all required safety and quality procedures     To be considered for this role you should possess the following: Proven warehouse leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment Proven experience with inventory management & continuous improvement A strong understanding of GMP, 5S and LEAN principles A team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to details Flexibility to work extra hours and perform ad hoc duties as required   On Offer: Day shift hours, 7am-3pm (with some flexibility) $115K - $120K + super (negotiable depending on skills & experience) + potential annual bonus We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
