Your mission will be to identify process improvements across our contract logistics warehouse operations and drive both profit improvements and efficiencies.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Specifically, you will:Work with sites to improve their processes in line with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologiesDeliver project improvements with focus on identifying opportunities, process re-engineering, driving efficiency through process change, and redesigning and implementing operational layout changesProvide guidance and support to sites to enable them to successfully conduct and complete Kaizen activitiesMaintain BPE tools such as 5S, scheduling tools, performance boards, productivity reports, utilisation reportsAssist sites to develop and maintain work instructions and forms.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Our ideal candidate is tertiary qualified in industrial engineering, logistics / supply chain or similar, with some work-related experience (preference for logistics / supply chain, manufacturing, resources, or related).
