Warehouse Finished Goods & Dispatch Shift Leader About the role
Reporting to the Warehouse Production Manager, this role will effectively manage warehousing processes supporting finished goods production and dispatch requirements to achieve key safety, quality, people, and performance targets with a strong focus on meeting logistics customer orders in full on time.

Prioritising and developing shift resources to maximise operational efficiencies.
Identifying, communicating, and overseeing implementation of improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and warehouse operation efficiencies.
Problem solving issues and addressing them on shift as per standards and regulations.
Identify counselling/discipline issues, and respectfully resolve them following TWE policies.
Ensure customer requirements are met by accurate and timely processing of all required orders.
Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at an acceptable level.
About you
With proven leadership experience in warehouse/production or manufacturing environments, you will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills.

Wine Industry Package qualifications complete to AQF level 3, or equivalent experience.
High Risk Licence (Forklift).
Understanding of all warehousing operations.
Strong people leadership and IR skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sound organisational and project management skills.
Process management experience.
Investigative and negotiation skills.
