About the role Working side-by-side with the Warehouse Dispatch team, this role is a critical part of our business as accuracy, attention to detail, and high levels of care are paramount to ensuring the ongoing smooth operations of our company. You will pick and pack products to fill customer orders and respond to customer service tickets with professional aptitude. An appetite for quality customer service and an eye for accuracy will ensure that our business meets our sales targets and compliance requirements.
Department Summary This team ensures Distribution business runs smoothly and pharmacy customers are able to meet orders. It is supported by Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Support teams (including Canview support), and Warehouse Management including Inventory.
Key Responsibilities Uphold company values and customer service standards at all times.Processing incoming online orders through our warehousing software.Picking and packing alongside other team members.Assisting with reporting and audit requirements as required.Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.Meet set KPIs.Gain and understand product and compliance knowledge.Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracies.Adhere to all OHS requirements and report to management as required.Assist with receiving inbound stock when requested.Support the Inventory Controller with inbound/outbound stock preparation and stock replenishment, as well as assist with daily cycle counts.And other duties as may be required, from time to time. Requirements Goal orientated with a professional and personal development focus.High attention to detail that will be tested.Ability to work at pace, multi-task and alternate between rolling up your sleeves and contributing.A history of punctuality and reliability is essential.Tech savvy with computer processing skills including Microsoft Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.Ability to be agile and dynamic in a consistently evolving environment.Be able to work both autonomously and within a team.Excellent customer service. Highly regarded Previous warehouse experience.High volume pick and pack experience.Experience with inventory control would be beneficial. Enthusiasm to handle high and sometimes stressful workloads that may require work outside normal hours.
