We have a great opportunity at our Laverton North Warehouse for a motivated and driven Warehouse Administration Assistant, to join our team.
To be successful you will:
Be team orientated, with great relationship and interpersonal skills
Have excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skills
Have an understanding of computer software, outlook, excel
Have great attention to detail and time management skills
Be enthusiastic about self-improvement and development
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Book in supplier deliveries and invoice deliveries
Verify stock against paperwork and report discrepancies for investigation
Action queries and urgent emails from internal stakeholders
Identify and create stock movements between warehouse sites
Schedule next-day delivery runs
Process returns and failed deliveries
Liaise with drivers and pass on related customer information to sales team
Ensure receipting and delivery paperwork is organized and collated for accounts
Provide feedback to Commercial Manager for improvements
Ensure quality and accuracy of service offer is to the standard required and to client expectations
Participate in twice yearly stocktakes
