With a recent position becoming vacant at Freshmax we are now seeking a Warehouse Administration Assistant to join us in a casual capacity.
Key responsibilities for this position include: Answering incoming call, taking messages and redirecting calls as requiredStock on Hand (SOH) reporting.Using and maintaining all relevant warehouse management systems. Inventory management tasks as required.Investigating and assisting to resolve inventory discrepancies.Dealing with email inquiries from Customer, Supplier, internal ( Acct Mgr and warehouse team)Assist in 3rd party customer communication where required.Updating and managing daily orders in order sheets (excel based) Check orders for the day – verify any discrepancy with Trade coordinator teamPut third party orders into computer systemData entry of daily inbound and outbound paperworkUpdate and communicate orders internally.Prepare labels – all details are correct – SKU, Best Before date Record information for production journal and costing spreadsheet.Booking of all purchase orders through standard online systemsManaging and preparing daily paperwork for outboundManaging and Keeping record of All Proof of DeliveryMaintain excellent internal relationships with team membersCoordinate transport requirements as directed by Management staff.The right person for the role will have: Punctuality, diligence, attention to detail, Flexible, proactive, helpful attitude towards all employees and participating as part of the team.Ability to remain calm under pressure and to meet multiple tasks and deadlines.Follow the Supervisors' instructions and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).Display a skilled and polite manner in representing the organization.Self-motivated.Able to keep information confidential.Proactive attitude and ability to utilize your initiative.Display a professional and courteous manner in all business and customer service requirements.Proactive approach to Occupation Health and Safety (OHS) and Food Safety in the warehouse.Comply with Organizations COC policy and procedure.Qualifications and Experience: Prior warehouse and/or food industry experience preferredForklift license preferred but not essentialSchool level certificate preferred If you feel this is the right role for you then please click the "Apply Now" button as interviews will be held immediately.
