As a Wardrobe Attendant, you are at the heart of our property ensuring all team members' uniforms are prepared and ready for their day, maintaining high presentation standards and promoting a positive experience.
A few of your responsibilities: Provide friendly customer service to our team members ensuring the garment's quality and cleanliness are maintained.Support the Wardrobe Supervisor with daily operations such as assigning and allocating uniforms to new recruits.Assist in periodical uniform stock takes and maintain organisation of garments.Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors and be aware of any conveyor belts and other equipment faults to ensure a good, safe and smooth operation.What we are looking for: Previous experience in Wardrobe and/or Housekeeping functions, demonstrating an understanding of the operational needs in these areas.Knowledge in laundry and understanding different kinds of fabric (desired but not essential).Great communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability in all tasks.Flexible availability to work across a 24/7 roster.About you: With your exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will take great pride in delivering a seamless experience for our team members and guests.
