Collaborative Engagement Serve as a liaison between the mechanical design team and other departments, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of project goals with client expectations.
Actively resolve challenges and maintain clear communication channels to foster successful project outcomes.
Project Allocation & Oversight Strategically allocate tasks within the team based on individual strengths, ensuring optimized productivity and project success.
Oversee project progress to ensure timely delivery, manage resources effectively, and maintain high standards of design quality and documentation accuracy.
Solution-Oriented Approach Collaborate with the Solutions team to align project proposals with divisional budgets, timelines, and objectives, providing strategic insights for resource allocation and risk assessments.
Performance Evaluation Set and monitor comprehensive KPIs for team members and regularly conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Partner with the Operations and People & Culture teams to streamline onboarding and align training processes with performance objectives.
