(pro rata)+ Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice Benefits Part-time working 15 hours per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays) and temporary up to 7/12/25 About the Role Join our dedicated team as a Ward Clerk in the Specialist Geriatric Dementia and Delirium Unit at Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, where your administrative skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, Acute and Urgent Care, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inpatient ward.
Your responsibilities will include processing patient registrations, admissions, and discharges, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting our nursing and medical staff in their daily activities.
This is not just any administrative position; it's an opportunity to contribute to a compassionate environment that prioritises patient care and wellbeing.
You'll be responsible for ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels of supplies, alongside various general administrative duties that keep our ward functioning efficiently.
